Morro by New Home Company at Eastwood

I also like the lot #25,#26,#27 and #28, the four lots at the end of Paxton.

They are all small lot (around 4600 sf), but at end of cul-de-sac and not backup against another home, these would be my picks.

Apparently homes like Morro, Beverly and Avila around $1.5 M are not moving.  No way prices on these homes are going up.  There are only less than 3 pages review on this website, when compares to Piedmont and Petaluma with over 10 pages review.

As someone who's in the process of designing a functional efficient garage, I appreciate the extra space in these floorpans' garages. Plan 1 has a nook and it appears to extend a few inches more on one side. This is necessary if you want to have cabinets/storage on the side of the garage and still park two cars inside.

I especially like the mudroom in Plan 3 - great place to remove and keep kids' shoes, backpacks, etc., and keep them out of view.
