Modify existing built-in TV cabinet for a bigger flat TV

Can anyone recommend a contractor to modify our built-in TV cabinet for a bigger flat TV?  Basically we need to install the TV flush to the cabinet surface, redo the cabinet doors, and connect the A/V and built in speakers. 

We also have wires for speakers in the yard.  I am not sure how much the outdoor speakers would cost us.  Any suggestions?
