Meet Fresh, a Taiwanese dessert chain opened up in Diamond Jamboree. Line is ridiculous, and for what you get, it's pretty expensive ($6.50 a bowl).
Hard to describe what they sell, but it's pretty much taro mochi ball in syrup with shaved ice. You can add stewed peanuts, boba, rice mochi balls, red beans, etc. They're everywhere in Taiwan and China, and it's pretty refreshing on a hot day. You can also get them hot, which was a really good way to warm up when I was in Shanghai back in January.
