Los Olivos Marketplace: New tenants include pizza eatery, yoga studio, clothing boutique, banks and Starbucks

Los Olivos Marketplace, a new retail center near Irvine Spectrum, will add 120,000 square feet of store space by spring 2016.
The Irvine Co., which owns and manages the property, announced nearly a dozen new tenants that will occupy the new space. They include:
? Angelina?s Pizzeria Napoletana: The pizza chain, which specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza from an all-wood fired oven, will open its second Orange County location.
? Blue Eyed Girl: The womenswear boutique will feature denim, knits and sweaters. The store carries designers such as Hudson Jeans, Joie, Free People and more. Los Olivos will be Blue Eyed Girl?s fifth Orange County location.
? Burger Lounge: The hamburger joint specializes in using healthy ingredients, produced in a sustainable environment.
? Hoag Medical Group: Hoag will provide primary care services such as health screenings, annual exams and vaccines at Los Olivos.
? Newport Colony: This upscale tabletop and kitchen store sells dishes, flatware, glassware, linens and more. Mariposa, Mud Pie and Voluspa will be among the brands sold at the store.
? Panini Caf?: This Mediterranean restaurant chain, which already has other locations in Orange County and Los Angeles, offers kabobs, salads, paninis and hummus plates.
? Radiant Hot Yoga: The studio offers both classes and certification programs for yoga enthusiasts. This will be the Newport Beach-based chain?s second Orange County location.
? Also coming to the center: Chase Bank, WellsFargo, RiteAid and Starbucks.
A 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods will anchor the marketplace. Construction on the grocery store has already started and is expected to be complete before the end of the year. It will be Whole Foods sixth Orange County location.
?The collection of casual dining, retail shops and services will give Irvine Spectrum residents, employees and visitors a new local destination to meet their daily shopping and dining needs,? said Easther Liu, chief marketing officer for Irvine Company Retail Properties, in a statement.
The shopping center is located at 8673-8697 Irvine Center Dr.
