The condos themselves are pretty nice, the living area (2nd floor) feels pretty spacious for a 3 story unit. The roof deck is the main selling point of these since I don't think you can find anything similar to this in the area.
The main drawback is the location of these units suck, lots of industrial/autorepair stuff around the area. Doesn't feel like it's close to the beach at all. If these were moved closer to the ocean the roof deck would be awesome but as of now all you see is some shitty streets and businesses with a sliver of ocean in the distance.
