I looked at the Irvine Planning Area Map recently and noticed that there is still an undeveloped corner of land west of the intersections of Irvine Center Dr., Bake Pkwy., and Lake Forest Dr. Is this going to be a future Irvine Company Village? Or is it going to be like Pavilion Park? The zoning map stated that it will be medium-high density housing, but Los Olivos is next door, so it might be similar to motor-court homes in Laguna Altura. Further, there appears to be a sliver of land on the hills opposite of Laguna Altura designated to be housing. These will have, I'm sure, very impressive Irvine Spectrum views. Any idea what this is going to turn out to be and when something will happen? Thanks.
