Is there or will there be any grocery/shopping centers/fast food in PS?

Sorry if this has been talked about before but will there be or is there any kind of shopping/fast food/restaurants in Portola Springs? The closest shopping center I can think of is on Irvine blvd. and Sand Canyon. If I take a right onto Portola from Sand Canyon, I don't recall seeing any kind of commercial businesses.

At one point yes, but it's been scrapped and appears unlikely now.

I presume somewhere on sand canyon there will be another retail center at some point (as Beacon builds out, plus as the next enclaves in PS get built out).  When...hell if I know, but I'd bet 5 years from now there is more retail there, haha.
