Home inspection at 2 yrs mark.

Hi, We were thinking of getting an home inspection done before the 2 yr mark of our new home -- we should have got it done before the first year but didnt. What all are covered in the 2nd year? Is it worth getting the house inspected now to get any issues fixed by builder?
