Then if you live in Greenwood you can go to Hmart assuming you have nothing against Asians.
Well... I think HMart is South Korean... so they are ok.

:)

#iamfromthenorth

South Korea gives us the most beautiful Asian woman so Hmart is fine by me.
Does it matter to you most South Korean women are "enhanced"?

Explain - enhanced with examples  :o

A few years back I made fun of some friends going to Dubai.  I said "Say hi to the slaves for me".....was that wrong?  Maybe I was just jealous they were going somewhere fun...

I don't get the slaves comment. Kind of racist or something. (But it's Friday)
Not racist, just sadly a reality in the UAE.  Dubai's treatment of migrant workers is disgusting, they have no rights - they are slaves.

HMart is too close to support another Asian market and there is a 99 Ranch in Deerfield which is close.

Stater Brothers isn't TOO far away but as you say, the neighborhood is not that nice so some people just wouldn't go there because of that.

H Mart is not a great Asian market...store is too small and products are more geared toward college kids.  Another Ranch 99 with more Chinese/Asian faire would be great...traffic would be really bad though.

Do you mean this melroose will add to existing Tax + MR of 1.75 % at Greenwood Legacy

The Greenwood sales office confirmed that the new bond only covers future housing in the remainder of the base, not Greenwood.
It does not affect the existing CFD disclosed in Greenwood purchase agreement.
TUSD also approved a document to guarantee that Greenwood buyers will attend Heritage K-5 in September 2016.
Greenwood sales office sounded quite happy to finally be able to change their disclosure document on schools.

Lots of changes coming to Tustin Legacy.  I drove by Hertiage School this weekend.  Looks tiny and I was wondering how it could support K-5 when it looks like a preschool...

Your making me blush :-)

@ eye phone - I don't know if I would call it a gamechanger, but it does give legacy a little more credibility and gets some positive momentum going. The game change will be when the full complement of schools is open (middle and high school). The new shopping center is a nice plus as well but several years away. For people with pre-k kids it does buy them more time since they now get 5 more years at the local school. Ideally the middle school and high school are open by then. The heritage kids need their move up school.

It cannot support K-5 as-is.  Part of the funding issues with the city was to get enough money to expand Heritage.  Heritage was built hastily to meet the contracted deadlines with the Navy, or else TUSD would have lost the land.  TUSD never intended to open its doors in any accountable timeframe, which is why local residents finally organized.  There has been a sizeable exodus of families with kids in CS...lots of empty nesters moving in.

Tried out the new park outside of greenwood. That thing is great. Would highly recommend for u guys to take your kids.
