Framing in Laguna Altura

I noticed there is some wood framing going up next to the the first curve on the 133 just past the Laguna Canyon light. Looks like it may be the Toscana tract. Yay =]

Dumb builders question, but I sometimes see framed houses that sit out for a while..like months and months. Doesn't the rain, sun, etc. damage the wood? I'm sure this is how termites start their initial feast.

I checked out Laguna Altura from QH today... and it does look like they have started framing the first floor for all 4 of the projects (not sure, view was obstructed for the biggest SFR one).

I'm close to positive these will be geared for a summer launch (if not earlier).

The Las Ventanas models at Portola Springs went from cement pads to fully framed in 3 weeks. So if you give the homes a generous build time of 3 months, you could see these models open end of April or May.
