enclave at yorba linda

has anyone been up to see the enclave model homes by toll bros up by yorba linda high?  4700-6000 sq feet, the models are done up ridiculous.  1.8-2.3M base, i'd say 600K-700K upgrades probably with landscaping in the models  toll seems to be really on their game lately.  very nice homes, though for yorba linda i thought they might be a bit pricey.  sold out most of their homes up to phase 5 though so i'm probably wrong.

makes me realize that alta vista in orchard hills will cost baller money.

Yup, probably $2.5m-$4m for their Orchard Hills home. 
 
That's what I was thinking, hence my estimate for $50K annually in property taxes.

I might even be low.

I'm going to love seeing the models.
