IHO, a good comparison for estimating Deco?s price range would be Carlisle at Parasol Park (high 600s to the 900s). Some of those Deco floorplans and elevations like Bambino, Metropolis and Pontiac nearly mirror Carlisle?s residences 1, 2 and 3 with third floor.

Btw: a few weeks ago, I recently visited Carlisle and they only had the models available very soon because everything else was closed or reserved.

Deco will have some new plans and have some resemblance to Carlisle.

The deco elevations are replaced by modern traditional elevations. A brand new floor plan at the back of the cluster will face the Art Walk. The entry door will not be off the typical paseo.

The smallest 2 BR plan from Carlisle is now a 3BR plan with a BR and a full bath down vs the former den.

Carlisle is almost sold out!

This is the right horse to bet on. The former horses were Trellis Court and Carlisle.

K Hov informed me that they are planning to open Deco models by this month of April, but no estimate on prices.
