Just wondering if anyone listen/watches the Dave Ramsey show or if you have read any of his books. I think he is great for personal finance even though most of his stuff is common sense. But when the average savings of a househould is in the negatives it seems people to hear more stuff about him. However, I don't think you can really apply is his rule on 15 year mortgages with no more than 2$% of your take home pay to our housing market.
Also if anyone knows where to get his show on an AM/FM radio station around here let me know. I listen to him on XM 165 but I don't know what to tell people who don't have XM and his website doesn't help much to find AM?FM stations.
