It's called Travata, a 243 units of senior housing units (condos)

I see the same thing all the time and can't figure it out.  Looks too big to be houses, thought it might be a clubhouse or shopping center?  Must be the clubhouse of the senior living area I suppose.

Okay, so I did some digging and found out exactly what's going on in this area. It's the senior neighborhood as everybody has stated. It will consist of attached homes and detached homes for 55+. It will also be gated.

I've attached all I can find so far. It looks like it will be similar to Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo (as far as the bungalows are concerned).

Someone mentioned it is going to be build by CalAtlantic and also zoned to SVUSD.
