Based on this article, I strongly believe there will even be more Chinese FCB's looking for Irvine properties over the next 3-5 years! So hold on to your Irvine house if you have one now even though Johns Creek prices looks like a steal. The Irvine bubble is still inflating and the pop is no where near yet!

Feels like the '80s, when Japan was doing the exact same thing...buying up properties and driving RE prices up in certain regions.  Didn't end well for Japan, but of course China has a different set of challenges.

There is one key difference here, the Chinese do not leverage themselves too high, in fact prefer all-cash transactions.
