But potsticker, you're from my hood in SF.  3 stories are the newest and coolest thing now. Look at what they're building in Newark.

This is true. Probably got the design award because the 3rd floor doubles as a sauna on a summer day:

1st floor = 79 degrees
2nd floor = 83 degrees
3rd floor = 88 degrees

It's good that the builder won the award for that project.
In my opinion it doesn't mean that much.

However, if you told me xyz builder is offering tons of free upgrades/solar panel/free appliances, any of these examples I might check it out.
