Seemed like a good turnout at Cadence Park opening today. I would guess 75% Asian. I didnt see any particular gimmick in the park like PP zip line or BP lookout, but the park felt expansive and a good strolling thoroughfare to future warehouse area.

Looks nice at grand opening of course, will be interesting when 1000 kids stream in/out for school every day.

Good times for Lennar execs carrying all those premium lots, and racing the cemetery vote, homeless shelter, tax law changes, and rising rates.
