Brick oven

The one con I hear about those brick ovens is it takes a long time to heat up.

So you have to decide if you want a pizza for lunch at breakfast time.

Have you considered the "try before you buy" approach to a pizza cooker? The only reason I ask is I have a friend who had one installed at no light expense... and they never use it. They wish they hadn't done it. I don't know if you're considering that whole setup, but I think those 3 cookers... kamado + gas grill + pizza oven is total overkill. If you want to see how often you make pizzas outdoors, how about considering a kettle style charcoal grill. They are extremely versatile. They even sell a pizza lid attachment for kettle grills!http://www.kettlepizza.com

I just bought a Weber charcoal grill over the weekend and plan to do the whole gamut including pizzas. You can always add wood if you wish. The ash cleanup is super convenient on their One-Touch grills.
