For those on the waiting list at Avalon at Eastwood Village, I just wanted to provide some info.
As of yesterday, they had 1 plan 1(phase 15) available at $520,000 but it is along Irvine blvd. Also, they mentioned that phases 16 and 17 will be released soon. It appears that Phase 16 will also be close to Irvine blvd. So if you are waiting for a unit away from the main street, you will want to look at phase 17. They did not have pricing available for phases 16 and 17.
