And they don't have many vacancies, anyone can apply but you have to submit samples of your art (or videos if it's dancing/singing/acting) and then there are multiple interviews which include drawing/creating art (or performing).
It's like the West Coast version of Fame ("... I want to live forever!!") but not just performance arts.
