Here's couple new tracks coming out in the next few month or later in the year:

Aubrum at Stonegate.

Calistoga at Eastwood.

Varenna at gated Orchard Hill (and other projects here at gated Orchard Hill "north".)


2017 and beyond:

Trellis Court, Lantana, Los Altos at Cypress Village East.

Portola Springs Neighborhood 5A

Orchard Hill Neighborhood 3

Great Park District 1 Mid (Parasol Park) and District 1 South

Great Park District 7, Altair.

Looks like it. 

PS 5A's  planning, home designs already submit to the city planning office, the project pretty much ready to go.

i'm hoping more details show up soon on the retail space sizes over at Great Park.

if its going to be spaces for things such as haircut/salon, small coffee shops then i'll be pretty disappointed.

but if there's at least 1-2 restaurants i'll be happy.
