Any ideas for a kid friendly place on Halloween?

I'm looking for a Halloween event that is kid friendly and does not have too many adults/teens in scary or sexually provocative costumes. We went trick or treating at the mall last year and I am hoping to do something different this year.

Most churches run some kid friendly things.

I think the Mariner's church does something like this every year where it's kind of like an outdoor fair.
