Agent Commission Rebate

What will be the average commision rebate(%) that the agent/broker will share with the Buyer?  Anybody has recent experiences(with IP new homes) on the rebate being adjusted towards the closing costs?

It varies from agent to agent and depends on what the broker co-op that is offered.  No new home builders will allow agents to rebate any portion of the broker co-op in or outside of escrow (including for closing costs).  One way around that would be for the agent to cut a check to the buyer upon closing of escrow.  :-X  ;)
