Greenwood first floor plans are out, with the exception of some Stafford plans. The Brookfield second floor plans, I have a feeling, will look like Avenida's.

Here's the toxic plume map, dated 2010:

Pavilion Park is safest, but Beacon Park is still safe from the plume unless it expands (in which case even Pavilion Park will be in trouble soon). If Santa Ana Winds expose the contaminants, quite a few Villages of Irvine will be in trouble.

The black line represents the potential expansion of the plume after a few more years. No wonder attached housing is south of the detached homes in Beacon Park!
