I feel that you probably missed out on opportunity of making 40% profit on your investment by not buying in PS/LR; so, you don't let go any opportunity to undermine PS/LR. But believe me if Landfill becomes an issue, it won't be only for PS/LR, it would be for WB/SG as well, as they are lower elevation than PS. So, good luck. May be you bought in Woodburry which has year round school and people don't prefer that 😄.
