I finally saw what you meant in the upper left corner of picture #8.  That must be tarps in preparation for something or perhaps to protect what excavation they had done from the rain at that time... I can't imagine that stays.

Yeah...good point guys....it's a TRIPLE FAIL!  haha  If I'm paying $4m for a home....it better have 4 or more garage spaces.
