There is difference between low income/ affordable housing. Affordable housing have 4+ yrs of wait list. If anyone gives a picture that people in affordable housing usually behave like homeless.. "please get you facts first".

I feel it not only depends on per sq ft price. It depends on how much do you pay end of the month. calculate how much you are paying in terms of tax/mellos/hoa. I personally love plan Lantana plan 3, tristania plan 3.

That bus station is temporary.. they are gonna take it out. And fire station is also temporary ..

unless you buy in OH, hidden canyon, ew, you gonna get CANCER. Stop it already.. people are living for decades in Irvine communities.. people who buy in Irvine wants to live happily and enjoy city for the price they are paying. Not to die, with the stress of thinking about cancer or other...

I can add a point to this..parasol park is right next to SCE. Literally steps away. And they are selling fine. If parasol park homes are not going fast, thats because of mellos.. not SCE.

Agree with other posters about Trellis court. Being Base camp built in an year or so.. it will be more desirable location. Homes with High ceilings looks nice. And close to Great park, a plus for families with kids.

Commute is time consuming.. I did train commute (metrolink) everyday for 1 yr. its not bad though.

Anyone have exterior looks for these 4 plans??  I mean photos.
