I was told that the prices for the four plan 2 lots in phase 1 are as follows. Lot #2    $1,621,800 (includes covered terrace upgrade) Lot #4:  $1,650,800 Lot #8:  $1,578,800 Lot #11: $1,625,800 All of these include pre-selected upgrades except flooring.

I invested in Amazon many many years ago.  My current return is 1892.90%. LOL

Went to see Arlington and Madison yesterday (still in construction).  Models won't be ready until next year but they are taking non-refundable deposits a little over a week from now.  These homes only have 1 side yard.  The other side of the house is at the end of your neighbor's side yard. ...

Models won't be ready for viewing until around 7/16.  But they are releasing 2 phases (most lots pre-plotted), with the lowest price at $1,327,515 (plan 1 with no replotted upgrades).  Plan 3 with optional dining and bedroom 5 is priced at $1,475,453.

Starting price changed to 1.7M on their website.

Just curious.  Auburn's website isn't up yet (no link to floorplan from their main page unless you know the exact URL).  How do people get on their priority list?

They were not allowed (by law?) to take a deposit unless the price was set.  So what they did was to let people reserve the lots they wanted (one buyer per lot) based on the priority list.  When I stopped by the sales office a few months ago, they told me they didn't know the price yet so they...

I wasn't on the waitlist.  I actually had lot #8 reserved since phase 1 (I was eligible to buy phase 1 or 2).  Not that I really wanted to buy it.  I was just holding it in case the price drops significantly, in which case I might consider.  So I'm not too upset about this.  But I'm still...
