LOL...I like the one image that simply states "mansions".  Lots of room for interpretation on what that means in Irvine. :)

Neighborhood 4 looks like CV, SG, and the other TIC neighborhoods.

Only TIC gets the choice street names, as well as land not next to cemeteries.
