Went today. They are no longer selling from what the agent told me. Waiting till June to reopen. You can still check out the models.

My wife and I looked at Esperanza when we were trying to move. The leasing agent told us, as a selling point, that Esperanza residents would have access to Woodbury East's amenities as an added benefit of living there...

We ended up leasing somewhere else.

This is why you should never buy a house, especially one you have to pay HOA fees, with apartments nearby, *cough* Woodbury *cough*.
