In case anyone is looking to rent in Irvine.. I wanted to share a tip. We just got our apartment in Woodbury Court and would recommend it if anyone else is looking. The online "offer" was $1000 off move-in, but here is a link to a $1200 off move-in. It's even valid off a 10-month lease (i.e. $120 off a month).
