Does anyone know how I could go about sourcing these?
My parents are looking for for a 3-4 bedroom fixer upper/unrenovated with max $1.3mm budget.
I know this is doable (plus as my username states I'm an optimist) because I've seen sold listings like this! For example,
I assume some of these are sold to cash only investors. My parents will need a mortgage but as long as the house can finance I hope this isn't an issue.
Looking at sold listings, I think only the old neighborhoods (El Camino Real/Willows, Greentree, College Park, Orangetree) are possible but that is fine.
Anyone have ideas on how to even start to find this?
