What websites to show pre-forclosure and forclosure houses?...

Hi all,

I have a couple of questions:

1) Do you know any websites that allow us to view pre-foreclosure, foreclosure homes in Orange County without signing-up their membership?

2) Are there any websites that show houses just sold recently within 1 or 2 months? The www.ziprealty.com shows houses sold 3 months before, but does not show houses sold within 1 or 2 months.

Mine is the only onethat reports sales right after they occur.

My searches probably capture 25% or so of Irvine sales though.
