Capital in Spectrum is the only decent place with the fake/moveable walls. A multicutural banquet facility that can leech the cooks from local restaurants on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun lunch/dinner) can make some decent money. Quinceaneras, chinese banquets, indian weddings, korean 1 yr parties, filipino debut, etc. There is money to be made here. Who wants to start this? Nominate Homer as lead.
