What flooring to install in the master bedroom walk-in closet?

Expensive to put wood in and then area rugs (and pads) but that would break it up some. (to match the bathrooms you would need a similar colored wood tile or just have a different tile and forget matching the wood).

I forgot it's a single story... but I still prefer carpet in the rooms and the closets (and to be clear, tile in the bathrooms).

I prefer carpet in the bedrooms / closets too. In the living room I prefer wood but my wife prefers carpet.
