What are your views about this property?

Looks like a flipper picked it up at the foreclosure auction back on 6/11/09 for $173,500. Just based upon glancing at the comps, fair value for this property is somewhere between $200k-$225k (probably closer to $225k as it is upgraded and looks nice).
