I wish they had this for Orange County. I like how you can click on a home for sale and see the names of all of your neighbors.

I also like how the foreclosure information lists the banks that bought back the property.

Very cool site. I just emailed them and asked if there are any plans to expand to the OC. Everyone else should do them same and maybe you have your wish.

I also like the condo feature that lets you click on a building and see which sales were bank and/or foreclosure sales.

sight is running kind of slow right now & getting errors (probably because it was featured in the LA Times on Sunday).

I got a reply from Rob at Blockshopper.com. He said they plan to cover the OC hopefully by 2010.
