Latest is JP Morgan will ride in and take it over this weekend.
 
I think a deal will get done and WaMu will get taken over by October.

I counted being taken over as not surviving. We still have

a checking account there. Just aren't many banks on Merritt Island,

and few to none others open on Saturdays.

I have been holding out for dow under 10,000. Maybe I will wait for

I would like to know Billingwho, because I wonder if Sheila Bair will be all over the guy. It probably will not be a good thing if you get blamed for a bank run.
