"Virtual Staging"

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Pretty neat idea! It makes a lot of sense, but I'm not as sold on their technology yet. Some of their additions stand out as obvious alterations of the original photo and it's quite distracting. As long as they're just adding virtual furniture and window dressing, I'm fine with virtual staging. Removing walls, adding bookshelves, etc. is crossing the line imho.

I like how they remove walls; put built-in bookshelves where there is just a bare wall and you can't beat the free booze at the bar...

I don't see a bar or removed walls?

Will you fix a broken window, floor board, railing, or turn a landfill into a beautiful waterfall?

Sorry, we will not. We are in this business to help home buyers picture the true potential of a home and to help home sellers illustrate that for the buyer. We feel it is our corporate social responsibility to operate within a code of ethics and not alter any structural elements of the home.

Using our services to deceive people is not in our business model. Any requests to do so will be denied.
