A friend of mind introduced me to this site Check out the website floor plans and you'll be amazed how much they can pack into 65 square feet. And we all thought Irvine was cramped.

My dream home. I would love to simplify my life where I can fit my baggage into this house on a very large piece of land. I like the 0CWG.

The couple I know looking to buy one of these homes plans to place it on a large parcel of farmland. I guess four years at their top sucide ranking Ivy league school pushed them to become hermits.

Tumbleweed homes used to sell completed houses and have them shipped to your location. I think they've scaled down their operation in recent years to fewer floor plans and just selling the plans.

I've always liked their minimalist lifestyle ideology. A good magazine to read is Backwoods Home Magazine.

this is so interesting... so you basically have to build the house around your furniture? because it doesn't look like you can ever get anything through the doors.. or you have to tear the house apart to get the dish washer replaced...

I think a lot of these places don't even have running water, LOL.

My dream home. Where life returns to the basic. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are not in the package. Furniture is assembled inside the home.
