Any thoughts from all the smart people on this house? Garage set up is a bit odd.

I have seen some "multigenerational" homes where there is a separate 1-car garage that leads to a bedroom suite - meant as a mother in law or granny suite. This doesn't appear to the case here, the 1-car garage seems to abut the formal living room with a door next to the front door. It is odd having the 2-car and 1-car garage separated this way.

Westpark II... love that neighborhood and floorplans.

These are the most recent homes in Irvine where you can get every first level living space (formal dining AND formal living room) and have an O-style flow (you can go from space to space in an circle pattern).

This one is the Trieste floorplan:

Pros: Vaulted ceilings, downstairs laundry is separate and not a walkthrough from the garage, ps9 prom staircase, good interior location around the corner from the community pool
Cons: Cooktop island in small kitchen, carpet in bathrooms (easy change), smallish backyard

I like this house. Didn't realize WPII was trading in the $1.8m... very nice.
