I found this to be really inspirational, and it reminded me a lot of someone I mentored with when I was starting my career. I know its long, but I thought it was really worth watching.

It's an inspiring speech to watch, I first saw it about a year ago. He had a website you could go on and see his health updates. Very sad he just recently passes away, but he did amazing things with his life while he was here.
