From the outside, this looks like a Japanese fast food place selling $5 beef bowls. Inside, you'd find a Japanese restaurant complete with a sushi bar, staffed by an old experienced sushi chef who looks like your Japanese neighbor's grandfather. @_@;; He has skillz!
That's aji sushi above, fresh flown in from Japan. The bones were fried and made into a dish too!
