Putting aside the morality question, I got the same strange feeling I get when passing a car wreck on the freeway. I shouldn't look but am compelled to do so. Quite some tales going on at that site. Had not seen SD's concentrated like this before. It's great reading for the curious only.

Some interesting reading in there.  If I wasn't break-even on my rentals and wanted to maintain my good credit, I'd punt two of my rentals that are underwater back to the bank.
