A special parking area for women has been created at a shopping center in the Hebei province of China. The parking spaces are 3-feet wider than usual and painted in pink and purple. It also has better lighting, more security monitoring, and female parking attendants.

A few years ago, Seoul, South Korea announced a similar initiative.

In this Polish video, a woman is seeing side-swiping a parked car. She tries for 6 minutes to park the car before giving up. Maybe Trojan can translate the video for us.  :)

That's actually Russian, but from what I could understand they were making fun of the woman saying things like...."I can't believe she is doing that" and "she shouldn't be driving a machine like that"
