Seeking recommendations for contractor for small improvements to backyard

Hello

We are looking to do small improvements to our backyard.  Could you provide recommendations for a good contractor who would tackle a small budget project?  We are thinking of doing the following:

1) Install small fountains - we will buy the fountains but will need extension of electrical outlets and installation
2) Install a sink (and any structure for that)
3) Extending gas line underground  to connect to a Costco bought BBQ grill
4) Potentially install a shade structure
