Going to bake a roast the old fashioned way.

Anyone know where I can find a cut like that?

I used to have the Farmer's Market on Beverly and Fairfax but no longer ...

Would appreciate any advice ... Vons, Ralphs, and Albertsons' ads have ribeye roast which might

do in a pinch, but want the real thing :)

I don't eat store bought meat. Tony is the best.

If you want to blow some cash on Prime Quality Prime Rib. Bristol Farms Like $ 20.00 a Pound.

Otherwise I will second Costco. We are also doing Prime Rib this year as well. I am Turkey`d out.

El Toro has been slipping on Quality from what we used to get years back. Last year we got a terrible cut and the prices are getting way too high.

Henery`s is even supposed to be "Natural".

I forgot about this one:

A grocery store with an awesome wine selection and a real honest to goodness BUTCHER on site who knows how to cut meat!

I bought steaks from him once in a pinch. Walked up and asked for "Can I have four small spencers please?" and he didn't look at me like I was nuts.

They aren't cheap, but I buy beef a 1/4 at a time so my perspective is way off.
