I note the one guy bought one of the many high rises in Miami. EVERYBODY was talking about how can they sell so many expensive high rises. You don't need to have done any research. All you have to do is use your eyes and common sense.

7 years supply according to one poster. Maybe longer, I think. Single family houses will recover first.
