So let's start an online forum scavenger hunt. We'll do a Sunday start weekly and go for a week. Winner will be decided after 7 days.
Here's the challenge for week 1:
Find the cheapest verifiable real estate listing in the US. We always hear stories of the most expensive mega home but what about the cheapest? Any state, any town, as long as it's in the US and can be verified via online listing (Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, etc.). Share your most ratchet findings here and maybe we'll get a chuckle or two. Never tried this before, so here are some flexible ground rules:
1). Has to be a dwelling, so if it's a listing for just land then no. If it's a listing for 50 sq ft of land with a tent in the middle, that would work.
2). Price has to be in real time, so no closed sales, if you post something that closes escrow after your post, it's ok.
3). You can post max up to 3 times, choose wisely.
