I like the new IHB forum layout very much - props to Zovall! Our blog is still in its infancy stage and can survive on Wordpress for a bit longer. Many of our readers have expressed their interest in expanding AHB into a SGV-HB, but I'm already having a tough time managing what we have on our plate and my day job. I'd love to expand, but don't want to be wishy washy about it. After all, I'm nowhere near as knowledgeable as the folks who run IHB and they've certainly set the bar for a great housing blog community.
